Privacy Policy

BoothCost helps businesses design and rent trade show booths. This policy explains what we collect when you use boothcost.com, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. In short: we use your details to quote and build your booth and to follow up on that quote. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

BoothCost is a brand of PubliMoov Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”), based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our mailing address is 5140 Mandalay Springs Dr, Apt 104, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Questions about privacy: boothcost@publimoovagency.com.

What we collect

What you give us

Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone, website, the show and booth size, notes, and whether you want us to coordinate installation, freight and show services.
Your booth design: the layout you build, your colors, and the logo or artwork you add. When you send a request we also keep a picture of the design and the PDF it creates.
Files you upload: plans, renders, sketches or photos of a booth.
Accounts: name, email, company, phone and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), plus the designs you save.
Messages: what you write to us by email, phone, WhatsApp or a scheduled call.

What we collect automatically

Technical data your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, the page that sent you here and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
The booth you are working on is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It reaches us only when you send a request or save it to an account.

What we get from other sources

We may collect business contact details from public sources, such as trade show exhibitor lists and company websites, to contact companies that exhibit at shows about booth rentals. Every such message includes a way to opt out.

How we use it

To prepare your price range, your exact quote, your design PDF and, if you go ahead, to produce, ship and install your booth.
To reply to you and follow up on a quote you requested. You can stop follow-up emails at any time with the link in each email.
To run your account and keep your saved designs.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure and run our advertising.
To send business-to-business messages about booth rentals for shows a company exhibits at, with an opt-out in every message.
To prevent spam and misuse, keep records and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

The exhibit builder we refer your request to. When you send a request, you ask us to share it with an independent exhibit builder so it can quote, build and install your booth. The builder that wins the job pays us a referral fee. We share your request with one builder unless you ask for more.
Show organizers and their official contractors, when you ask us to coordinate services or contractor registration for your show.
Service providers that run parts of the site for us: hosting and storage, email delivery, scheduling, and the analytics and advertising tools listed below. They may use the data only to provide their service.
Legal and safety reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
A business transfer: if PubliMoov Marketing LLC or the BoothCost brand is sold or merged, under this same policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and remarketing tags can count as “sharing” under some state laws; you can turn them off below.

Cookies, analytics and ads

The site uses a few items in your browser that it needs to work: your sign-in session, your language and theme, and the booth you are designing.

Right now we do not use outside analytics or advertising tools. If we add them, they will be listed here and you will be able to turn them off below.

Your privacy choices

Choose what this browser allows. The choice is saved in this browser only, so set it on each device you use.

Visitors in Europe: if your browser is set to a time zone in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of the outside tools above loads until you say yes, in the banner or here.

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends this signal we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing, and advertising and remarketing tags stay off. We do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals because there is no common standard for them; the choice above and Global Privacy Control are how you opt out here. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on and Google’s ad settings.

How long we keep it

Quote requests, designs and uploaded files: up to three years after our last contact, so we can quote repeat shows, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Accounts and saved designs: until you ask us to delete your account.
Analytics data: as long as each tool keeps it under our settings (for Google Analytics, 14 months).

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and our lead records are reachable only with a private login. No method is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we collect to what we need.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email boothcost@publimoovagency.com and we will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act.

Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it. You can still send an opt-out request to boothcost@publimoovagency.com.

California residents: you can review and request changes to the personal information we hold through the same email.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to us. We will still answer messages about a quote or order you started.

Children

BoothCost is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States and store information there. By using the site from another country, you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we also post a notice on the site, or email you if you have an account or an open quote.
