Terms of Use and Quote Terms
These terms apply when you use boothcost.com, operated by PubliMoov Marketing LLC under the BoothCost brand (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. BoothCost is a design and referral service: we do not build, rent or sell booths. When you send a request, we pass it to an independent exhibit builder, who quotes, contracts, builds and invoices your booth directly with you. Your booth is governed by the written quote or rental agreement you sign with that builder; if it says something different from these terms, it wins for your booth.
1. Who can use the site
BoothCost is a business service. You must be at least 18 and use it for a business that exhibits, or plans to exhibit, at trade shows. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may act for that company.
2. Price ranges are estimates, not offers
- The price range shown in the designer is an automatic estimate for a one-show rental of the design on your screen. It is not an offer, a quote or a reservation, and it can change when the design, the show, the dates or availability change.
- Your exact quote comes in writing from the exhibit builder, usually within 1–2 business days of your request. Each written quote says what it includes, what it excludes and how long it is valid.
- A booth is booked only when you accept the builder’s written quote or sign its rental agreement and pay any deposit it requires. You pay the builder, not us.
- Unless your written quote says otherwise, prices do not include installation and dismantle (I&D), freight, show services (such as material handling or drayage, electrical, internet, rigging, cleaning and booth carpet ordered from the show), storage between shows, or taxes. If you want them coordinated, the builder quotes them separately based on your show.
3. Exhibit builders and our referral fee
- Builders are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each builder is responsible for its quote, the booth, its installation, its insurance and any warranty.
- We choose which builder receives your request, based on your booth, budget and show, and send it to one builder unless you ask for more.
- The builder that wins your job pays us a referral fee. You do not pay us anything.
4. Show rules
The designer checks booth heights, line of sight, neighbor clearances and hanging signs against the published rules of the show you pick, or against general industry guidelines when that show’s rules are not loaded. These checks are a planning aid, not an approval. Show rules change between editions, so you remain responsible for following your show’s current exhibitor manual and getting any approvals it requires (for example for hanging signs, multi-level structures or fire safety). BoothCost is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any show organizer.
5. Designs, renders and PDFs
Renders, floor plans and item lists show the intended design. Colors, materials, graphics and furniture can vary in production; the final details are the ones in your accepted quote and approved graphic proofs.
6. Your logos, artwork and files
- You keep ownership of everything you upload. You let us use it to create your designs, renders, PDFs and quotes, and to produce your booth, including sharing it with the builders and printers working on your order.
- You confirm you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- We will not show your branded booth in our marketing without your permission.
7. Our content and fair use of the site
The site, the booth designs in the catalog, the 3D designer and the pricing logic belong to PubliMoov Marketing LLC. You may use them to plan and quote booths for your own company. Please do not copy the catalog or the site, scrape it, overload it, try to get around its security, or use it to build a competing service.
8. Accounts
Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to misuse the site. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
9. How we contact you
When you request a quote, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about that request, including a few follow-up emails. You can opt out of follow-ups with the link in any of them. We never send automated text messages or robocalls without your separate consent.
10. Other services
The site links to and uses services run by others, such as scheduling, maps and show websites. Their own terms apply to them and we are not responsible for them.
11. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including that it will be error-free or always available, and that estimates or rule checks will be complete or exact.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, PubliMoov Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. We are not a party to your agreement with a builder and are not responsible for a builder’s work, products, delays or charges; what you sign with the builder governs those.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve it directly.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies from the day it is posted. Quotes you already accepted keep their own terms.
