World of Concrete booth rental: common questions
How much does it cost to rent a booth at World of Concrete 2027?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. Pick a design, set World of Concrete as your show and you’ll see the rental price range for that exact booth in a couple of minutes, with what is and isn’t included. Your exact quote arrives within 1–2 business days. Show services (material handling, electrical, internet, cleaning) are ordered from the show and are not part of the rental price.
What is the maximum booth height at World of Concrete?
Under World of Concrete’s Booth Specifications 2024 (latest published): inline and corner booths up to 12 ft, perimeter booths up to 16 ft, peninsulas up to 26 ft and islands up to 26 ft. Always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.
Can I have a hanging sign at World of Concrete?
Under World of Concrete’s rules: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 26 ft max; bottom of the sign at 9 ft or higher; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my World of Concrete booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at World of Concrete be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on World of Concrete’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
