Booth rules at ASD Market Week
From ASD Market Week: Exhibitor Services Manual, August 2026 (latest published), plus the Las Vegas fire code. Rules change between editions: always confirm with the current exhibitor manual.

- Cubic content: up to 12 ft anywhere in inline, corner, perimeter and end-cap booths; 10x20 islands and peninsulas 12 ft; 20x20 and larger 20 ft. Exception: Cash+Carry booths in North Hall keep line of sight, with nothing solid over 3 ft within 4 ft of the front line.
- No graphics or logos may face into another booth. In islands and peninsulas, double-sided signs, logos and graphics are set back 10 ft from adjacent booths; linear booths can’t use double-sided signs.
- Signs and banners hung above the booth are sold as airspace (fees apply): ask your ASD sales rep. Ground-supported banners can go up to 12 ft, single-sided.
- Multi-level booths need show approval and a stamp from a licensed Nevada engineer.
- Canopies: the base can’t be lower than 7 ft within 5 ft of an aisle.

Can I have a hanging sign at ASD Market Week?

How early should I book my ASD Market Week booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at ASD Market Week be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on ASD Market Week’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
