How much does it cost to rent a booth at ICSC Las Vegas 2027?
It depends on the size, the structure and what goes inside. What is the maximum booth height at ICSC Las Vegas?
We haven’t loaded ICSC Las Vegas’s own display rules yet, so we use the standard IAEE guidelines and the Las Vegas fire code: 8 ft for inline booths, 12 ft for perimeter booths and 16 ft for islands. Check ICSC Las Vegas’s exhibitor manual before you build.
Can I have a hanging sign at ICSC Las Vegas?

How early should I book my ICSC Las Vegas booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at ICSC Las Vegas be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on ICSC Las Vegas’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
