How much does it cost to rent a booth at SPIE Photonics West 2027?

What is the maximum booth height at SPIE Photonics West?
We haven’t loaded SPIE Photonics West’s own display rules yet, so we use the standard IAEE guidelines: 8 ft for inline booths, 12 ft for perimeter booths and 16 ft for islands. Check SPIE Photonics West’s exhibitor manual before you build.
Can I have a hanging sign at SPIE Photonics West?
Under the standard guidelines: allowed over peninsula, split-island and island booths of 400 sq ft or more, with the show’s approval; top of the sign at 20 ft max; 10 ft back from neighbors. Rigging is ordered through the show. Our designer checks your sign’s size, height and setback for you.
How early should I book my SPIE Photonics West booth?
About three months before the show is the sweet spot: enough time to settle the design, produce the graphics and register your installer with the show. If you’re closer than that, a rental can still be built in about a month once the design and quote are approved.
Can installation and dismantle at SPIE Photonics West be included?
On request, yes. The exhibit builder that quotes your booth can coordinate installation & dismantle (I&D), freight and show services and quote them separately, based on SPIE Photonics West’s labor rules and deadlines. The installer registers with the show as your exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) when the show requires it.
